Sam Starr – psychosynthesis (depth) psychologist, life and leadership coach and award-winning entrepreneur (M.A Psychosynthesis Psychology, Dip. Psychosynthesis Life Coach, Dip. Meditation Teacher, Advanced Tarot Practitioner, BSc Psychology).

Sam made the shift from being the co-founder of an award-winning logistics business to becoming a psychologist and life coach in 2017. Her work with clients is grounded in the psychological theory of psychosynthesis. She offers a bridge between the deeper yearning to be more than you are today and the psychological factors keeping you stuck.

Workshops are curated using techniques such as guided visualisation, meditation, archetype-work (using tarot archetypes) and creative exercises from the Artist's Way (by Julia Cameron). Sam supports leaders, change-makers, mums, coaches, career-changers and heart-centred professionals to discover their unconscious drivers so that they can navigate life choices with greater clarity and self-confidence.
